Ambition: Strategy War Game App Reviews

Impressed as the game has smooth operation and is intuitive. Been looking for a game like this for awhile and everyone comes up short. Online play works like a charm / A must buy for the price! Looks great on iPad..

My one and only complaint is that there is no single player option (no computer controlled players or A.I.). This could have been detailed better in the description as it is a shortcoming. And as unfortunate as that is, the game is otherwise stellar and deserves 5 stars. Very intuitive, sleek, and well thought out design.

They dont mention this in the description. Could be great game if they add an AI...otherwise online play only (unless you have 4-8 friends sitting with you on the couch hovered around your iPad) Never would have purchased had I realized. Not even worth a free d/l in its current state.

The game itself is fun, Unfortunately there are so many very bad glitches and bugs I highly recommend not paying them any money. One of the glitches is it will complete skip and or forget a turn by a player that has been made which you can imagine in a strategic war game is about as bad as it can get.

The closest to the board game. I have no major complaints, I only have a wish list of items to add: It would be great if it had a better system for tracking wins/loss, which map, which army, used the info to build tiered game play and if they sponsored tournaments. It would be great to create a league with a group of players and challenge other leagues or players. A "Looking for game" function that uses the info based on your previous wins to match you into a game...the current system for multiplayer game is essentially start a game and play with whomever joins, the problem this creates is allot of folks bail or simply are not very good players. No problem with that but often a bad player can sink his/her team. My suggestion would track things and help players play similar skill levels.

Great game. Game crashes are far less then original. Multi-person play is cool.

If you love the board game Axis and Allies this is the game to have!!!

Tired of being hosed by my turn getting skipped. Would also be nice to have an easy way/option to switch games being played. I have to close the app to switch. Other than that, I like the app.

Really good game. Only wish it had AI.

The real world no longer exists for me lol. There is only Ambition.. And it is good.
